We are a 100% Cuban trading company, based in Havana, whose objective is to partner with foreign investors in the form of a joint venture for the development of Tourist Real Estate Complexes.
We offer real estate investment opportunities associated with tourism in strategically selected plots of land, whose potential is given by their proximity to tourist resorts, their location in tourist corridors and for being located in natural environments of great beauty and quiet environments, ideal for recreation and exclusivity demanded by their buyers.
What are we proposing to do?
We are working on the development of 11 projects, 4 of them are available in our Business Opportunities, projects with unique attractions that distinguish their location.
We are always committed to the development of sustainable projects based on the use of renewable energies, environmentally friendly, focused on the development of high standard residential units for second homes in privileged locations, surrounded by well-preserved natural environments in protected areas, with all the tranquility and beauty of the Caribbean Sea in the background. With direct access to golf courses and in some cases on the beachfront.
What have we done?
We have set up 4 Joint Venture Companies with foreign capital from the United Kingdom, Spain and China that promote the development of these investments, favour the economic and social progress of the territory, promote the transfer of technology and the capture of a new market segment.
